The Shared Ownership team of Spicerhaart Land and New Homes have successfully sold out all plots off-plan of a secluded development in Ashford, Kent, within THREE weeks.

The Old Orchards is located in the quaint village of Challock, which is situated in the Kent Downs area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB).
