Along with the brochure, the team produced a branded pull up banner, window cards and sales board, all printed off by our in-house printers to use at the development and in branch.
New Homes Sales Manager, John Munday who was responsible for selling this fantastic development, provided lots of LinkedIn support to advertise these apartments. The LinkedIn posts then led to further enquiries from potential buyers, that John then followed up to provide them with the information they needed.
John Munday said: ‘Because of their location we knew these apartments would sell well! The branch had weekly call outs and crossed sold them using applicants who had registered for information from other sites we were also marketing, or buyers who had registered for 2nd hand and hadn’t thought of New Homes.’
