Our skilled sales and marketing experts immediately identified how these affordable high-quality homes would attract first time buyers, young couples, young families and potentially investors. To advertise the development, we constructed and delivered targeted email campaigns, which achieved on average an outstanding open rate of 46%. We also created organic and paid social content which we used across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Additionally, using our FLINK technology, we created a wide variety of targeted social ads which were aimed at different groups of potential buyer types, looking for a new home in Hirwaun. We also targeted buyers slightly out of area that may consider moving to Hirwaun if the right property was available.
The FLINKs carried out for Waunhir achieved a fantastic total of 188 leads. Our branch in Merthyr Tydfil were certainly busy in nurturing these leads and providing potential buyers with all the relevant information in order to progress leads to sales! The FLINKs and social media adverts were carefully targeted by location and handpicked demographics to target the different buyers that would be interested in these high specification homes and the Help to Buy scheme that was available. The branch also carried out their own organic social media campaigns on their dedicated social media channels.
