John grows his territory as new Divisional Sales Director at Spicerhaart Land and New Homes

The newest Divisional Sales Director at Spicerhaart Land and New Homes, John Munday, will be taking on new territories as part of his role. 

As well as the Middlesex and M4 area that he oversaw as Regional Sales Director, he will now be responsible for the Land and New Homes division in South London, North Hampshire and Hertfordshire. 

He said: “There are lots of opportunities for haart in these areas, particularly South London. I’m so confident of it that I’m pre-emptively looking to expand our sales teams!”  

John has enjoyed a nearly 40-year career in the property industry, beginning as a Negotiator in 1985 and working his way up to manage over 25 branches by the 1990s.  

Always relishing a challenge, he joined haart as Regional Sales Manager in 2019 before becoming Regional Sales Director in 2021.  

John said: “I have very high standards for myself and others, particularly when it comes to providing great customer service. We are able to flourish thanks to the support we receive from other in-house teams, including marketing, legal services and financial services.”
