Exciting New Addition to Spicerhaart: Jessica Hardwick-Langley Joins as New Homes & Affordable Housing Director!

Spicerhaart Land and New Homes is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jessica Hardwick-Langley as the new New Homes & Affordable Housing Director! 

With a dynamic vision for growth, Jessica is eager to cultivate strong relationships with developers and housing associations, driving the already successful business forward. 

Bringing nearly 20 years of experience as New Homes Director at Connells, Jessica is no stranger to the industry. Her wealth of knowledge is complemented by her unique background as a qualified counsellor, where she dedicates her spare time to volunteering at a Gloucestershire charity, supporting adults in need. Jessica believes that her counselling skills are a game changer in her new role. 

“In many cases, agents and support services focus solely on their own objectives,” Jessica explained. “My approach is different: I prioritize listening to the needs of developers and housing associations, guiding them towards their goals through collaboration and open communication at every step.” She emphasizes the importance of adding value. “I consistently check in with myself and ask my clients if what I'm doing is beneficial. If it is, fantastic! If not, I pivot and find a better solution—it's that straightforward.” 

 Jessica is excited to collaborate with Managing Director Tim Wardley to elevate Spicerhaart’s New Homes operation. “In my previous role, I experienced the thrill of watching the team grow and flourish,” she reflected. “Having worked alongside Tim for 15 years at Connells Group , I’m eager to embark on this journey together once more.”
