Brand new apartments and houses now sold in Doncaster

The Land and New Homes team and haart Doncaster have successfully sold a fantastic new development in Askern.

Railway Court is a development of 12 units, consisting of one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom semi-detached houses, all built to a high standard with a superb specification. The development is tucked away in a quiet location but only a short distance from the many amenities Askern town centre has to offer.

Priced from £60,000 to £160,000, these affordable homes proved popular to a variety of buyers including first-time buyers, growing families and commuters. However, a decision was made by the developer to sell the 12 units as a whole, creating a brilliant investment opportunity with a great return of investment.

To advertise these homes to potential buyers, our in-house marketing team created highly targeted email campaigns achieving an average open rate of 36%. They also created organic social media content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn; which received a large amount of interest from our followers.

Utilizing our FLINK technology, the marketing team produced promotional ads which received a total of 164 leads, for our New Homes Sales team and haart Doncaster to follow up on. Our ads were carefully targeted by area, demographics and user behavior to target ‘passive’ buyers that would potentially be interested in these homes.

Our incredible design team created eye-catching print collateral for Railway Court, including a brochure, hoarding banner and window cards. These promotional materials were used at the Doncaster branch and at the development during its open day. The open day was a huge success and allowed customers to visit the high specification homes in person and speak to the Sales Advisors on site.
