Our team also posted organic social media content across our network of channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as using our FLINK technology to deliver leads from potential buyers.

The FLINK campaigns carried out for Gilden Park earned a total of 52 leads, for the team at haart Harlow to follow up on. Our ads were carefully targeted by area and demographics to target potential buyers that would be interested in these types of properties and likely to be interested in the Shared Ownership scheme.

Our skilled In-house design team created excellent marketing collateral and point of sale information for Gilden Park, including a brochure, pricelists, floorplans, pull up banner and window cards following specific brand guidelines and templates that were provided to us from Sage Homes.
