The Land and New Homes marketing team sent out highly targeted email campaigns to potential buyers, achieving an outstanding average open rate of 61.6%. They also posted organic social media content across our network of channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn which received lots of awareness of the development.

Utilising our FLINK technology, the marketing team produced promotional social media ads which received a large quantity of leads for the sales team at haart Guildford and Chewton Rose Ascot to follow up on. The ads were carefully targeted by area, demographics and user behavior to target ‘passive’ buyers that would potentially be interested in these homes.

Our skilled artworkers from our in-house design team created excellent point of sale and marketing assets for these homes, including a brochure, window vinyl and correx display boards to be used at the branches and at the development.
