An excellent success for haart Witham and the Land and New Homes team who have sold a fantastic new development with the Help to Buy scheme.

Lime Tree Place, a brand new development of 98 units comprising of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, is located in the sought-after area of Witham and were priced from £165,000 to £230,000.  These affordable homes were targeted to first-time buyers and young couples, specifically those wanting to get on the property ladder with the Help to Buy scheme.

The apartments were an ideal first or next home and boasted open-plan interiors making the most of every inch of space. The new residents will enjoy a beautiful space which was expertly designed and finished with features such as hardwood floors, Italian designer kitchens, big name bathrooms and high quality fixtures and fittings.

Witham is a perfect location for those who like fresh air and the great outdoors, but also want to be able to enjoy everything London and Chelmsford have to offer. The development is an 8 minute walk to Witham station providing access to London Liverpool Street in 45 minutes and 10 minutes to Chelmsford, making these homes a popular choice for commuters.

The Land and New Homes marketing team created a strategic marketing plan for Lime Tree Place, including highly targeted email campaigns, FLINK ads as well and paid and organic social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. With over 20 email campaigns sent to our extensive applicant database, we achieved on average an outstanding open rate of 32%.

The open days were a huge success and allowed customers to visit the apartments for the first time and ask the Sales Advisors for more information about Help to Buy. Our VIP Launch Event in particular was an excellent success.  We held the event before the development actually went live on our website and portals and it allowed us to sell multiple plots before we even launched.   

Divisional Sales Director, Russell Davis who was responsible for selling this fantastic development, provided lots of LinkedIn support to advertise the homes. The LinkedIn posts led to lots of enquiries from potential buyers that Russell then followed up on to provide them with the information they needed.
