Our brilliant Land and New Homes marketing team created a structured marketing plan for Bastion House, which resulted in earning a considerable amount of leads for the New Homes Sales team to follow up on. The team sent out highly targeted email campaigns to our extensive applicant database, achieving an average open rate of 57.3%, well above industry average.

The FLINK campaigns carried out for Bastion House earned a total of 47 leads. The ads were carefully targeted by area, demographics and user behaviour to target potential buyers interested in these high specification homes. The marketing team also posted organic social media content and distributed them across our network of social channels including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Our in-house design team utilized their creative tools to produce eye catching branch displays including pull-ups and window cards, which generated lots of awareness to the foot-traffic passing by our centrally-located branches.

The sales team at Felicity J Lord Hackney and Stoke commenced regular call outs to customers whose interests and requirements match the key qualities of Bastion House, as well as organic posts on the branch social media pages.
