Valunation is an RICS regulated company which provides survey and valuation solutions across the UK to packagers and brokers, mortgage lenders, property specialists and individuals.

Prior to a property purchase, Valunation will be instructed by the mortgage lender to carry out a Valuation report, Homebuyers Report or Full Structural Survey before granting lend of money.

Valunation’s investment in technology means their team of qualified RICS Registered Valuers, supported by a Central Support team can undertake the work swiftly and efficiently.

Valunation place a strong emphasis on risk management, following lenders’ and RICS guidelines, to create expert reports that meet their Quality Assurance procedures and their ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.  To meet these high standards, Valunation has an in-house training programme to ensure all staff, surveyors and administrators, grow and develop in line with their RICS professional obligations.
