Our charity support

Spicerhaart supports local communities where we operate in a number of different ways, providing sponsorship for schools and sports teams and backing charity events.

At the same time, we also actively support and resource our independent charity Magic Moments. The sole purpose of Magic Moments Charity is to support children and their families who are connected to one of the 12 hospices they support.

We need to raise thousands of pounds a year to do this and invite others to support our fund-raising efforts, by holding raffles, charity events and balls, dress-down days, cake sales and so on.

Any additional funds are used to provide vital equipment and electrical appliances for the children’s hospices.

Since the launch of our charity in 1998 by then Spicerhaart Chairman Alick Smith and his wife Val, in excess of £1,000,000 has been raised.
