Tim Wardley - Managing Director
Tim joined the Spicerhaart Group in June 2017 after having spent over 30 years at one of the UK's leading estate agency companies where he was responsible for the largest and most profitable division in the company. Originally starting as a sales negotiator, Tim quickly rose through the ranks and puts his success down to a complete understanding of the estate agent process but also that people are at the heart. Tim was responsible for significantly upscaling the Land and New Homes business in his previous firm and understands today that Land and New Homes is a crucial part of an effective residential business. Tim has joined Spicerhaart group as part of a 10 year investment plan to build a cutting edge, forward thinking New Homes and Land business and to become the first choice Agent for the Development industry. Paul G Beardmore BSc MRICS Registered Valuer - Chartered Surveyor Residential Land
BSC MRICS Registered Valuer Paul is a Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer with 30 years of experience in the property industry. Paul specialises in all aspects of residential development land, including disposal, acquisition and valuation and has experience in both the public and private sectors having worked in various locations across the UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Belfast. Michael Wightman – Senior Regional Land Manager (Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and SW London)

Luke Cheek - Senior Regional Land Manager
Luke joined Spicerhaart at the beginning of 2019. Luke had worked for the largest estate agency group in the UK and was the highest banked income generator in the entire agency group for 4 years consecutively. Since then, Luke has been working closely with local developers to regional housebuilders for nearly four years and is the regional operator within the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire area. David Law - Land Director
David has worked in the property industry for over 30 years. From a start in residential agency progressing to complete some large land sales, acquisitions and disposals on behalf of all manner of different developers and land owners. From the sale of single plots through to the sale of one development company to another David has a vast experience in all areas of the business across England having worked on both sides of the fence, directly for developers and principally as a land agent. With experience in land appraisal, planning and design, strategic land promotion, options, land assembly, S.106 and CIL negotiation, retirement/care/nursing homes and receivership and insolvency disposals. Anthony Annessa - Regional Land Manager
Anthony joined the Spicerhaart land department in May 2023. Anthony brings a wealth of experience having worked in the industry for over 20 years. Anthony began his career in residential agency in London and has been working in the northern home counties since 2018. Anthony is the Regional Land Manager covering Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire and Essex. He assists land owners with disposal of sites and developers with land acquisitions.
